The HyperFreak chest zip model features our most popular FUZE chest zip system. Our chest zip entry systems features an anti flush barrier with drain holes to offer an effective seal to keep the warmth in, whilst also allowing easy entry and exit from the suit. A built-in hood on this Hyper Series steamer will ensure you can stay out there long enough to catch the set of the day.

- The O'Neill FUZE Chest Zip uses a free floating zipper panel and anti flush barrier with drain holes to keep you dry and feeling loose.

TB3X + TB3:

- Arms/Back/Shoulders constructed from TB3X, the lightest, most flexible, softest material ever created. Chest/Legs constructed from TB3, O'Neills exclusive maximum stretch, hydrophobic neoprene with featherlight ENVY foam rubber core for ultimate warmth and comfort.

RECYCLED TB3X SEAMS W/GBS:

- Glued and blindstitched for durable watertight seal, recycled TB3X taping, with all the unrivalled flexibility of TB3X, but with recycled materials. Enhanced seam integrity and comfort with no restrictions and amazing stretch.

HYPERFREAK HOOD:

- Comes with a fixed hood for ultimate warmth and protection from the elements, so you can surf longer.

MINIMAL SEAM DESIGN:

- Insane flexibility, fit and durability using a unique design which utilizes larger pannels and less seams.

- Krypto Knee Padz features O'Neills tried and tested knee protection material for long lasting durability without impacting comfort.

KEY POCKET:

SOLVENT-FREE LAMINATION:

- We worked together with our key manufacturing partner to develope a non-solvent based lamination glue called "Aqua Alpha" whic bonds the suit's lining to the internal foam layer.

RECYCLED PLASTICS:

- Every Blueprint, Psycho Tech, Hyperfreak Fire and Hyperfreak full suit saves more than 0.5kg of harmful plastic from potentially polluting the worlds living oceans.

ECO CARBON BLACK:

- Carbon Black is one of the key ingredients in neoprene. It can now be carbonized from scrap rubber tyres using high heat to extract.

DOPE DYED YARN:

- To save trememdous amounts of water whilst also reducing energy consumption and water polution, we use a dope dyeing process that infuses colour pigment into the fibre filaments before being spun into yarn.

LIMESTONE NEOPRENE:

- We have used limestone since 1996 to replace petrochemicals in our neoprene. It comes from nature and has less environmental impact.
