CHEST ZIP:

- The O'Neill FUZE Chest Zip uses a free floating zipper panel and anti flush barrier with drain holes to keep you dry and feeling loose.

TB4:

- TB4 builds on the legendary TB3, the next evolution of the jersey introduces recycled yarns infused with graphene for increased wear strength and heat distribution.

TB4 AIR FIREWALL:

- The next great thermal breakthrough made better with trapped pockets of air. TB4 Air Firewall uses a special lamination process paired with a core of aerated neoprene and a graphene fiber jersey to create the toastiest conditions.

FLUID SEAM WELD:

- 8mm silicone-based urethane sealed exterior with a triple-glued and blind stitched interior. Watertight, durable, and ultra flexible seam.

SUPER SEAL CUFFS:

- Super Seal Cuffs help the wetsuit seal tight around the ankles and wrists to reduce the chance of water sneaking in.

KRYPTO KNEE PADZ:

RECYLED OYSTER SHELLS:

- We use recycled ocean oyster shells in place of calcium carbotate powder which comprises approximately 0% of our neoprene.

DOPE DYED YARN:

- To save trememdous amounts of water whilst also reducing energy consumption and water polution, we use a dope dyeing process that infuses colour pigment into the fibre filaments before being spun into yarn.

RECYCLED PLASTICS:

- Every Blueprint, Psycho Tech, Hyperfreak Fire and Hyperfreak full suit saves more than 0.5kg of harmful plastic from potentially polluting the worlds living oceans.

ECO CARBON BLACK:

- Carbon Black is one of the key ingredients in neoprene. It can now be carbonized from scrap rubber tyres using high heat to extract.

LIMESTONE NEOPRENE:

- We have used limestone since 1996 to replace petrochemicals in our neoprene. It comes from nature and has less environmental impact.
